Notes: Crockpot Recipe, serve over rice. Amanda made this recipe variation off of the Golfer's Chicken.
Ingredients:
4 pounds chicken thighs or breasts, skinless
1 package dry onion soup
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar apricot jam
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 medium onion, sliced in half moons
1 each red, yellow, orange peppers, julienned
Instructions:
Mix last three ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
