Italian Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 Idaho potatoes
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 jar of pasta sauce
1 pound of ground meat
1 block of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Your favorite spices!

Instructions:
  1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Scrub the potatoes and pat dry.
  3. Season the potatoes by rubbing with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Bake the potatoes directly on the rack or on foil for 20 minutes (check along the way with a fork, they are ready when they are fork tender).
  5. While the potatoes bake, brown the ground meat and drain.
  6. Add the pasta sauce and spices to the browned ground meat.
  7. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees.
  8. Slice open the potatoes and place in a baking dish.
  9.  Pour the pasta-meat sauce over the top of the potatoes and top with shredded cheese.
  10. Heat in the oven until the cheese turns golden brown
  11. Serve hot.
