4 Idaho potatoes
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 jar of pasta sauce
1 pound of ground meat
1 block of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Your favorite spices!
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Scrub the potatoes and pat dry.
- Season the potatoes by rubbing with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake the potatoes directly on the rack or on foil for 20 minutes (check along the way with a fork, they are ready when they are fork tender).
- While the potatoes bake, brown the ground meat and drain.
- Add the pasta sauce and spices to the browned ground meat.
- Turn the oven down to 350 degrees.
- Slice open the potatoes and place in a baking dish.
- Pour the pasta-meat sauce over the top of the potatoes and top with shredded cheese.
- Heat in the oven until the cheese turns golden brown
- Serve hot.
