Ingredients:
3 tablespoons bread crumbs (can use Ian's Gluten Free Panko Bread Crumbs)
1 heaping tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
10 ounces pork loin chops
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Spread the mustard on the pork chops.
- Combine together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper.
- Dredge the pork chops in the combined ingredients.
- Apply the vegetable oil to the broiler pan to avoid sticking.
- Broil 5-6 minutes on each side.
