Blueberry Muffins

Servings:  12 - 18 muffins

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries


Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients
  2. Spoon into muffin pan and add 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, mixed with 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg before baking.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown at 375 degrees.
