Notes: Quick, Fast, and Healthy!
Ingredients:
2 Fresh Talapia Fillets
1 or 2 Lemons
Fresh Dill
Olive Oil or Butter
Parchment Paper
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
- Place each piece of Talapia on it's own piece of parchment paper.
- Squeeze lemon juice and/or add thin slices of lemon on top of fish.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil (or a dab of butter) on top of each piece of fish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Lay a few sprigs of dill on top of fish.
- Completely wrap fish up in parchment paper.
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes (or longer depending on the size of the fillet)
