Talapia Fillets

Servings: 1-2

Notes: Quick, Fast, and Healthy!

Ingredients:
2 Fresh Talapia Fillets
1 or 2 Lemons
Fresh Dill
Olive Oil or Butter
Parchment Paper
Salt & Pepper


Instructions:

  1. Place each piece of Talapia on it's own piece of parchment paper.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice and/or add thin slices of lemon on top of fish.
  3. Add a tablespoon of olive oil (or a dab of butter) on top of each piece of fish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Lay a few sprigs of dill on top of fish.
  6. Completely wrap fish up in parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes (or longer depending on the size of the fillet)
