Swedish Meatballs II
Servings: 12
Notes: Serve over mashed potatoes
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 each egg
1/2 pound ground pork
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
2. Shape into balls the size of a walnut.
3. Brown in 1/4 cup fat.
4. Remove meatballs and make gravy.
5. Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
