Swedish Meatballs I


Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs, about three slices
2 whole eggs
1 dash salt and pepper, to taste
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery

10 oz spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:

1. Put bread in blender to make crumbs. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls using 1 T per ball. Place on cookie sheet.

2. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

3. Prepare Sauce (spaghetti sauce, vinegar, sugar)  Cook for 45 mintues in meatballs.
