Reuben Balls


Notes:  Freezes well.

Ingredients:

Main Ingredients
24 ounces corned beef, canned
2 pounds sauerkraut, drained and squeezed with paper towel
2 teaspoons minced onion, dried
6 ounces cream cheese, soft
Rolling Mixture
1/2 cup flour
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain

Instructions:

1. Mix well together the  Main Ingredients.

2. Roll into balls the size of walnuts and refrigerate until firm.

3. Dip the balls into flour, then evaporated milk, then bread crumbs.

4. Deep fry.
