Potato Sausage

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

1/2 pound sausage casings

10 pounds potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
2 large onions
1 teaspoon allspice
salt

Instructions:

1. Soak sausage casings in cold water for at least one hour.

2. Combine ingredients together.

3. Pinch casings with a needle all over.

4. Fill the casings with the meat mixture.

5. To cook the sausages simmer for 1/2 hour in boiling water.
