Ingredients:
1 package hashed brown potatoes
1 pint sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Mix first five ingredients and put in a 9x13 pan.
2. Top with parmesan cheese
3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
