Ingredients:
1 quart potato, raw
4 each eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Instructions:
1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
2. Combine all ingredients except egg white and mix well.
3. Beat egg white until stiff and fold into the potato mixture.
4. Cook like pancakes on a buttered grill.
