Pork Sausage Stuffing

Notes: This is my favorite stuffing!!!
I don't add salt because the sausage is usually salty enough but you may want to add some
If you put your stuffing in the turkey you don't need to add the extra water.
Ingredients:
3 packages pork sausage, mild (in tube)
9 whole egg, beaten
1 large onion, chopped
1 loaf bread, shredded
water, to moisten
pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Brown pork sausage and drain. Add chopped onions and cook a little longer.
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Add enough water to make the mixture moist. If I am baking the stuffing in a dish I put another 1/4 cup of water right over the dish before putting in oven.
3. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes
