Ingredients:
Frosting
2 teaspoons butter
1 tablespoon cream
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
green food coloring
Chocolate Topping
1 square baking chocolate
1 teaspoon butter
Instructions:
1. Mixt ingredients until creamy and spread on brownies.
2. Place in fridge while assembling the topping.
3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler and drizzle over the green icing.
