Marbleized Peanut Butter Dessert

Notes: Bottom Layer is also saved for the topping.

Ingredients:

1st Layer
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup flour
2nd Layer
8 ounces light cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cool whip Lite®
Topping
1 jar fat free hot fudge topping

Instructions:

1. Mix brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, and flour.   Save 1/4 for the topping.  Put rest in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla.  Lastly, fold in cool whip by hand.

3. In a double boiler melt 1 cup chocolate chips or use fudge sauce to drizzle over the top.

4. Sprinkle crumbs on top and freeze.
