Mandarin Yogurt Pie


Servings: 8

Ingredients:

3 ounces gelatin, orange flavored
2/3 cup boiling water
11 ounces mandarin oranges, canned
8 ounces yogurt, lemon flavored
1 cup Cool Whip®
1 whole graham cracker crumb pie crust, prepared

Instructions:

1. In a medium mixing bowl combine gelatin and water; stir until gelatin completely dissolves.  Drain oranges; stir reserved orange liquid into gelatin mixture.

2. Set aside 10 while orange segments; chop remaining segments coarsely.  Stir chopped segments and yogurt into gelatin mixture.  minutes.

3. Refrigerate until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon about 45 minutes.  Fold in whipped topping; pour into crust.

4. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.  Garnish with reserved orange segments.
