Ingredients:
Soup
7 slices bacon, uncooked and diced
1/2 cup minced onion
5 cups potato, finely diced
4 cups milk
celery salt, to taste
Dumpling
1 each egg, beaten well
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Fry the bacon until nearly done, add onion and cook until clear, add potatoes, cover tightly and cook 10 minutes.
2. Add milk, bringing it to a boil.
3. Add small dumplings and seasoning into the container, cooking over low heat for 20 minutes.
4. Think with hot milk if needed.
