Ingredients:

onion powder
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
oregano
2 teaspoons
lemon juice
¼ teaspoon
salt
3 cloves
garlic
6 ounces ground lamb
6 ounces
ground serloin or ground turkey
Cucumber Sauce
1 cup
peeled cucumber -- shredded
¼ cup
onion -- finely chopped
1 tablespoon
fresh mint
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon
lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon
pepper
8 ounces
plain yogurt
- Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil.
- Once brown add remaining ingredients in first group.
- Prepare sauce by combing all of the ingredients in the second group.
- Serve by plating the meat mixture on pita bread and then topping with the cucumber sauce.
