Whipped Cream-Like Frosting

Notes:  Good on banana cake or chocolate cake with caramel frosting.

Ingredients:

½ cup  shortening

1 cup  sugar

½ cup  oleo

¼ cup  milk – scalded

1 teaspoon  vanilla

Instructions:

Cream together crisco, sugar, and oleo then and add 1/4 cup of scalded milk slowing to mixture.

Then add 1 tsp vanilla.  Best to use a mixer for this frosting.
