Country Peppers


Ingredients:
6 whole green peppers
1 pound ground beef, or pork sausage
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
1 jar cheese whiz (8 oz.)
1/2 cup tomato, cut in 1" pieces

Instructions:
1. Remove tops and seeds from peppers.  Par boil 5 minutes in water, drain. 

2. Brown meat, drain and add onion.  Cook until tender.

3. Stir in rice and 3/4 cup of the Cheese Whiz and tomatoes.

4. Fill peppers and place in baking dish.

5. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. 

6. Top with remaining Cheese Whiz.
