Chocolate Covered Cherries


Servings: 24

Ingredients:

1 large jar cherries, with stems
1 stick margarine
2 pounds powdered sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand
3 bags semisweet chocolate chips, 12 oz each
2 bags milk chocolate chips, 12 oz each

Instructions:
1. Melt margerine and add powdered sugar and milk.  Knead and cool on wax paper in frig. 

2. Melt in a double boiler all of the chocolate chips.
Put wax paper on cookie sheets and put in freezer to chill pans.  

3. Wrap dough mixture around each cherry place on pan and put in freezer to chill a few minutes. 

4. Then take out of freezer and dip into chocolate and put back on to pan and refrigerate until set.  Store in frig.
