Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oleo, softened
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Topping
2 whole eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup cherries, cut into bite-sized pieces
Almond Frosting Recipe
Instructions:
1. Mix together in a bowl flour, oleo, powdered sugar. Press this mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
2. Bake in a 325 oven for 20 minutes until lightly brown.
3. While baking mix together eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, walnuts, cocnut, and cherries to makethe toping.
4. Spread over the top of bar while hot.
5. Bake another 20 minutes until light brown. Cool and frost with Almond frosting.
