Chili Quesadilla

Notes:  Mom would make this ultra simple dish for us when it was a rainy day and we were in our camper! You can add sour cream or salsa as a topper if you like!

Ingredients:
1 can of Hormel chili (any variety)
16 ounces of grated cheddar cheese
1 package of flour tortillas
non-stick spray

Instructions:
  1. Spray a griddle with the non-stick spray.
  2. Heat the tortillas on the griddle until light brown and then flip.
  3. Add a heaping spoonful of chili and cover with cheddar cheese.
  4. Fold the quesadilla on brown on each side.
  5. Serve hot!!
