Ingredients:
1 can of Hormel chili (any variety)
16 ounces of grated cheddar cheese
1 package of flour tortillas
non-stick spray
Instructions:
- Spray a griddle with the non-stick spray.
- Heat the tortillas on the griddle until light brown and then flip.
- Add a heaping spoonful of chili and cover with cheddar cheese.
- Fold the quesadilla on brown on each side.
- Serve hot!!
