Ingredients:
1 pound chicken tenders cut into small strips
1 cup buffalo wing sauce plus 2 tablespoons
1 refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup blue cheese dressing
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup red onions sliced (1 small)
1 cup celery, diced (2 stalks)
Instructions:
- Set up the grill at medium heat.
- Place chicken strips in a large bowl with 1 cup buffalo wing sauce and toss to coat the chicken.
- Grill the chicken 3-4 minutes per side.
- While the chicken is grilling, roll out the pizza dough. Spray both sides of the dough with nonstick cooking spray. Place the dough on the grill and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Carefully watch the crust.
- Spread the blue cheese dressing over pizza leaving a 1-inch border.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, red onion, celery, and chicken strips.
- Drizzle with remaining buffalo wing sauce.
- Cover the grill lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
Indoor Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 7 minutes or until the crust begins to brown.
- Remove crust from oven and top with mozzarella cheese, red onion, celery, and chicken strips.
- Drizzle with remaining buffalo wing sauce.
- Return to oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
