Ingredients:
5 skinless chicken breast halves or mixed parts
8 ounces barbecue sauce, any flavor
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon mesquite seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Spray crockpot with nonstick spray.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Place chicken pieces in the crockpot and pour the sauce over the top.
- Cook for (no more than) 4 hours on low
