Crockpot Baked Ham

Servings:  Adjustable

Ingredients:

1 large potato per person, cut up into small pieces
2-3 carrots per person, sliced thinly
1 or 2 bay leaves
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
Ham
1/2 - 1 cup Broth

Instructions:
  1. Spray the bottom of the crockpot with nonstick spray or use a crockpot bag.
  2. Cover the bottom with carrots and potatoes.
  3. Place the ham on the vegetable, top with garlic, and bay leaves.
  4. Add between 1/2 - 1 cup of broth.
  5. Cover and leave on low for 4 hours.
