Notes: This is a Weight Watcher's recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2/3 cup water
2 cups frozen cheese tortellini
1 cup slivered watercress leaves (optional)
2 scallions, sliced
3 drops hot red pepper sauce
2 Tablespoons grated Romano or Parmesan chees
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine broth and water in medium saucepan and bring to boil
- Add tortellini to liquid and cook as directed
- After tortellini is cooked, add watercress until wilted
- Add hot red pepper sauce
- Serve with cheese and pepper to garnish to taste
