Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup shortening
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 whole egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pumpkin Cookie Frosting
Instructions:
1. Mix all together well
2. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungeased cookie sheets.
3. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Cool and frost with Pumpkin Cookie Frosting
