Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

1/2 cup hot water
1 packet yeast
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Mix water and yeast with a fork.

2. Add Flour, salt, and vegetable oil (or canola oil)

3. Form into a ball.

4. Put a little oleo in the bottom of your bowl and place the dough in and flip.  Cover bowl and let dough rise for 10 minutes in a warm place.

5. Press into a greased pan.  If you use a round pizza pan your crust will be thicker but I prefer to use a cookie sheet and have a thiner crust.


6. Put on your sauce, cheese, and whatever toppings you like.

7. Bake in a preheated 420 oven for 11 to 14 minutes.  The more toppings the longer the pizza takes.  Enjoy!!
