Pistachio Dessert
Ingredients:
1st Layer
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oleo
2 teaspoons sugar
2nd Layer
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces cool whip Lite®
3rd Layer
3 cups milk
2 packages pistachio pudding
Instructions:
1. Mix the ingredients for 1st layer like a pie crust. Bake this at 350 degrees until lightly brown and then cool.
2. For the second layer beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Then add cool whip and spread on cooled bottom.
3. For the 3rd layer beat milk with instant pistachio pudding and spread on top of the second layer.
4. Cover the 3rd layer with cool whip and chopped nuts.
