Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon water
2 cups sifted flour
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
1. Thoroughly cream butter, sugar, and vanilla.
2. Stir in water. Add flour and mix well.
3. Stir in nuts.
4. Shape into 1 inch balls.
5. Bake 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet at about 300 degrees for about 20 minutes or until firm to touch.
6. Cool thoroughly before removing from the pan.
7. Roll in powdered sugar when cool.
