Olive Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, not self rising
1/2 cup butter, melted
36 whole green olives, pimento stuffed
sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Mix cheese and flour.  Stir in butter until mixture is smooth.

2. If dough seems dry work with hands.  Shape dough by level teaspoons around olives and roll in sesame seeds.

3. Freeze uncovered on ungreased baking sheet until very firm, at least 2 hours.  Place cheese balls in plastic freezer bags.

4. Twenty-five minutes before serving heat oven 400 degrees.  Remove cheese balls from freezer.  Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.  Bake until hot about 20 minutes
