Notes: This recipe is one of Pete's favorites from his mother Jean Cain.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 whole eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon sage
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
enough milk to moisten
Spaghetti Sauce
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and place raw in Spaghetti Sauce.
2. Simmer for 3 hrs. or so.
