Ingredients:
Meat
15 ounces ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
3/4 teaspoon dill weed
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
Sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
2 cups nonfat yogurt
1 cup carrot, shredded
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
8 ounces pita bread
1 cup lettuce, chopped
Instructions:
- Combine the meat ingredients in a glass baking dish and bake at 350 or saute them on the stove.
- Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a glass bowl.
- Stuff the meat mixture into a sliced pita with the lettuce and top with the sauce.
