Beef Stew

Servings: 6

Notes:  Great in a crockpot or in a dutch oven (low and slow)

Ingredients:
2 pounds cubed boneless stew meat
2 large potatoes
5 large carrots
3 cups sliced celery
1 green pepper
3 onions cut to bite size
1 can tomatoes undrained
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch

Instructions:
Cut all ingredients into bite size servings.
Stir all together and back for 5 hours at 250 degrees
