Ingredients:
2 packages
chopped spinach – drained
2 cups
miracle Whip light
2 pints
fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons
dill weed
4 teaspoons
seasoned salt
1 cup
chopped parsley
1 cup
chopped scallions
1 cup
chopped onion
1 whole
rye bread -- circular preferred
Instructions:
Blend all
ingredients.
Serve in
hollowed out round of dark rye bread.
Better when
made ahead and let set overnight before putting into the bread.
