Evelyn's Lasagna

Servings: 8 - 10

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup finely chopped onions

1 large can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste (12 oz)
1 cup finely chopped onion
salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup water

1/2 pound noodles
1 pint cottage cheese
8 ounces Swiss cheese
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Brown meat and onions. Add remaining 8 ingredients.

2. Cook 1/2 # noodles. Layer 9x13 pan with 1/2 the noodles, cottage cheese, and other cheeses, 1/2 sauce, and then 1/2 noodles and remaining sauce.

3. Sprinkle 1/4 c Parmesan cheese on top. 

4. Bake 45 minutes at 350
