English Walnut Fudge

Servings:  24

Notes:  May add chopped walnuts if desired.  I usually do some plain and add 1/2 walnuts to half of the batch


Ingredients:

15 ounces Hershey chocolate bars
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick oleo
1 pag chocolate chip (12 oz)
1 jar marshmallow cream (8 oz.)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions:


1.  Boil milk, sugar, and oleo in a sauce pan over med. heat for 41/2 minutes.  Stirring constantly.

2. In a large bowl have choc. bar broken up with choc. chips and marsh. creme.  Pour hot mixture over chocolate and mix quickly.

3. Add vanilla and nuts.  Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and a 8x8 pan.   Refrigerate.
