Ingredients:
Part 1
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
Part 2
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Part 3
2 cups cranberries, raw
Sauce
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup cream, or half and half
1 whole egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
1. Cream together ingredients in part 1.
2. Add the ingredients in part 2.
3. Add 2 cups raw cranberries. Mix by spoon. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees in a greased and floured 9 in pan.
4. To create the dissolve the sugar, butter, and cream over low heat. Do not boil this mixutre. Cool a little and add the beaten egg and vanilla.
5. Serve warm over sliced pudding.
