Cordon Bleu Casserole

Servings: 4


Ingredients:
4 whole boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1/2 or cut in small cubes
4 slices ham, large
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup oleo
3 cups mixed stuffing mix, or seasoned croutons
2 cans cream of chicken soup


Instructions:
1. Melt oleo and stir in croutons.  In a 9x13 casserole dish layer the ham, chicken, and cheese.

2. Top with soup mixed with ½ cup of water then put the croutons on top.

3.  Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
