The muffins can be split and topped with a dab of cool whip.

Ingredients:
Bran Preparation
3 cups bran cereal
2 1/2 cups water
Remaining Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 Package lowfat brownie mix, dry
Instructions:
1. Mix and set aside Bran Preparation for five minutes
2. After preparing the brad add the remaining ingredients.
3. Stir just until mixed.
4. Pour into 24 ungreased muffin tins
5. Bake 25 minutes at 350
