Caramel Corn


Servings: 10

Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup melted butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla
7 1/2 quarts popcorn

Instructions:

1. Boil butter, sugar, & syrup & salt for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

2. Add soda & vanilla. Mix thoroughly & pour over popped corn in large bowl.

3. Place in roaster & bake at 200 for 1 hour.
