Blueberry Hucklebuckle


Servings: 8

Notes: This is a favorite in the summer when we pick fresh blueberries.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup shortening (or oleo)
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 cups blueberries
Topping
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour

Instructions:

1. Mix these ingredients together and place in a 9x13 greased pan.

2. Top with topping.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
