Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup oleo
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 whole eggs, separate out yolks
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups blueberries, or more if needed
Instructions:
1. Stir in flour and sugar to a large bowl.
2. Cut in oleo to the dry mixture as for pie. Take out 3/4 cup of mixture for topping and to the rest add powder, slat, unbeaten egg yolks (save whites), and 1 cup milk.
3. Beat 2 egg white until stiff; fold into batter. Place into 9x12 well greased cake pan. Place 1 or 2 cup blueberries (canned or fresh) on top and sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top of blueberries.
4. Bake at 350 between 30-45 minutes until done.
