Notes: This is my mom's go-to recipe for brunch, showers, or anytime she's entertaining. Very simple. Very delicious!
Ingredients:
1/2 tube of Bob Evans Sage Sausage cooked and drained
5 eggs
1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup skim milk (or 1.5 cups half and half)
3 ounces dried cranberries
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 teaspoon nutmeg
pepper to taste
Pie shell
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a pie shell (unbaked)
- Cook for 50 minutes to an hour at 400 degrees
