Maltese Sausage

Notes: This is my Dad, Joe Apap's, recipe!

Ingredients:

5 pounds pork
5 pounds beef
6 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon peppercorns, whole
1 teaspoon parsley

Instructions:
1. Chop up pork and beef.

2. Mix all ingredients together and fill casings.

3. Place in the refrigerator and dry.
