Ham Balls

Servings: 65

Ingredients:

Balls
1 1/2 pounds ham, ground
1 1/2 pounds pork, ground
2 cups bread crumbs
2 whole egg, beaten
1 cup milk
Sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions:

1. Mix 1st group of ingredients and form into small balls.

2. Place in shallow pan.

3. Combine ingredients for Sauce.  Pour sauce over meat balls.

4. Bake in 325 degree oven for one hour, basting frequently with sauce.
