Ingredients:
1 package spaghetti -- 8 oz package
3 tablespoons butter
1 small diced onion
¼ cup flour
2 ¾ cups milk
1 jar sliced mushroom -- 2 1/2oz
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
4 slices bread
2 cups cooked turkey -- cubes or ground turkey
Instructions:
Start the noodles cooking.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook onion till
tender in 3 tablespoons of butter. Stir in flour until blended.
Gradually stir in milk, mushrooms with their
liquid, bouillon, and salt; cook, stirring until mixture is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese.
Tear bread into small pieces to make 2 c
breadcrumbs. In small saucepan over low heat, melt three tablespoons butter;
remove from heat & stir in breadcrumbs.
Toss together the noodles, sauce and turkey in a
12 x 8 baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 350.
