Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can beef broth
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 cups sour cream
Instructions:
1. Cut steak into strips approximate ¼ inch thick x 2 inches. Season with salt, paprika and pepper. Brown with onion in butter : )
2. Add mushrooms and sauté them a few minutes til tender.
3. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 15 minutes.
4. Add sour cream, stirring constantly. Add enough flour to gradually thicken. Serve over rice. We like this over wild rice! Yum!
