Apricot Nut Bread

Ingredients:
12 ounces apricot nectar
3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
3/4 cup raisins
1 each egg, beaten well
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon butter, melted
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup almonds or other nuts
Instructions:
1. Cook apricots and raisins in the nectar. Simmer 5 minutes and let cool.
2. Mix in eggs, sugar, butter.
3. Stir the dry ingredients with the milk.
4. Fold in the the fruit mixture and nuts.
5. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
